Pieces of the puzzle

we change the world every day

Our daily activities create our footprint on the environment. The most critical part of that impact, requiring our urgent attention, is our carbon emissions. The overwhelming scientific consensus is that human-caused climate change is real. We risk: our affordable lifestyle, plentiful water and food, clean air and water, and protection from natural disasters.

If these changes don’t affect us they will harm our children. No one wants that.

We want to reduce our footprint and avoid the worst effects of climate change.  But our human shortcomings – the way we actually think and behave – can get in the way.  And our systems and institutions don’t seem to help.

This website explores the ways we think and behave around climate change, and offers an alternative perspective, tools, and solutions.

“Change will not come if we wait for some other person or some other time.  We are the ones we’ve been waiting for.  We are the change that we seek.”

- Barack Obama
